Non-certified Translations
- A document that has to be translated and does not require the translator’s
signature. - Done by a professional translator.
- Does not have legal validity.
- Delivered electronically (by e-mail or link).
Certified Translation
- A document that has to be translated and requires the translator’s signature to be presented before an entity.
- Done by a translator who is an active member of the Peruvian Association of Licensed Translators (CTP, for its Spanish acronym).
- Legal validity in Peru and abroad.
- Delivered in hard copy (printed).
We deliver all our certified translations in color and in A4 bond paper of 80 grs/m2.
How do I recognized a Certified Translation?
- CTP’s front page with a serial number in red.
- Number and title of the certified translation in the front page.
- Translated document witg the translator’s information, seals and signature.
- Attached original document (or copy) .
* 10 pages maximum.
Technical and specialized translation
- Any specialized document that need to be translated.
- It may or may not require the translator’s signature.
- Our translators are specialized in the following fields: engineering, construction, mining, economics, legal, medicine, among many others.
Website Translation
- Addressed to companies that have web pages or sites and want to expand their markets.
- Done by professional translators knowledgeable in computer language.
- We work with softwares that allow us to maintain the web commands and designs.

FAQ
We do:
- Non-certified Translations: Done by professional translators. The translator do not sign the translation. They do not have legal validity.
For example: letters, e-mails, resumés, Power Point presentations, others. - Certified Translations: Done by a translator who is an active member of the Peruvian Association of Licensed Translators (CTP, for its Spanish acronym). The translator signs and seals the translation. They have legal validity in Peru and abroad.
For example: Birth Certificates, Certificate of Studies, Degrees Diplomas, Agreements, Wills, documents for bids, financial statements, and those that require the translator’s signature.
Currently, we translate into Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
To set the cost, we must previously consider the following:
- The language to be translated into.
- The number of words of the document.
- The specialization.
- The type of translation (non-certified or certified).
- The deadline.
In 3 steps:
- Send your document to hola@comversiotraducciones.com detailing the type of translation you need (non-certified or certified).
- Receive our quote. If you agree with the deadline and cost, make us a 50% of advance payment to proceed with the service.
- Get your translation and pay the outstanding amount.
- We accept deposits in our account, wire transfers and all credit cards.
Send your voucher or payment confirmation to pagos@comversiotraducciones.com. You will receive an email indicating that we will proceed with your service or confirming the total payment.

- Note down our bank account number given in the quote
- Go to the bank and pay.
- Send your voucher to pagos@comversiotraducciones.com
If it is a non-certified translation, we will send it electronically (by e-mail or link).
If it is a certified translation, we will deliver it printed. There are two options:
1. Pick it up from our office (free cost).
2. Send it to your mailing address. We deliver all around the country (additional cost of the courier company).
We can also send your certified translation in a scanned version prior request and agreement.
